Following this presentation, the student will be able to: 1. Describe the conduction system of the heart as it relates to the pathophysiology of arrythmias. 2. Interpret an EKG as it relates to arrythmia, ischemia and infarct. 3. Demonstrate knowledge of genetic abnormalities of the conduction system. 4. Identify the assessment, the medical and the technical management of arrhythmias.
