Due to the nature of neurosciences’ rapid advancement, there is a great need for physicians to regularly update their own understanding of the treatments available for neurological conditions. This is especially true in regard to pediatric neurologic care. Our symposium offers physicians in the greater Houston area an opportunity to hear from leaders in the Pediatric Neuroscience field and review treatment options for patient care in a format that is designed for non-neuro providers. This activity provides high quality content to physicians and ultimately enables better care for the children being seen by those providers. The three-hour activity is designed for physicians in pediatric, general, and family practice, pediatric neurologists, nurses, as well as physical and occupational therapists.
